Sacramento-headquartered insurance broker Inszone Insurance Services has appointed Martin Sullivan as non-executive chairman of its board with immediate effect.

Sullivan’s credentials in financial services and insurance include his tenure as president and chief executive of AIG (American International Group), as well as significant posts at the likes of Willis Group Holdings.

Presently serving as a senior advisor at Lightyear Capital, Sullivan is poised to bring valuable perspective and leadership to the company.

Inszone CEO Chris Walters welcomed the key arrival, saying: “We are delighted to have Martin Sullivan join us as our non-executive chairman of the Board. Martin’s outstanding leadership abilities and deep experience will be crucial as we pursue our strategic goals and aim for continued growth.

“We are confident that his insights and guidance will enhance our position as a leader in the insurance industry.”

Meanwhile, Inszone noted: “In his role as non-executive chairman of the board, Martin Sullivan will use his experience to provide strategic direction and oversight to Inszone’s board of directors.

“His understanding of the insurance industry’s complexities and his proven track record in driving growth and innovation will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Inszone.”

With locations across California, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington, Inszone is keen to grow further with Sullivan’s help.
