Manulife Hong Kong and Macau will undergo a leadership change in July, with Wilton Kee (pictured) set to take over as chief executive officer from Patrick Graham.
Kee’s appointment is scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approval. He is currently deputy CEO and chief financial officer of Manulife Hong Kong and Macau.
The company said the move is part of its succession planning and broader enterprise strategy for Hong Kong and Macau, which it described as one of its largest markets in Asia.
Kee has been with Manulife since 2013 and has held senior roles across pricing, product, health, and finance. Before becoming CFO in 2022, he served as chief product officer and later also took on the role of head of health.
In March 2026, Kee was given additional responsibilities as deputy CEO. Manulife said that role involved work on strategic development and leadership across both markets.
“Wilton's appointment underscores our continued focus on disciplined execution, a diversified business model, and our long-term commitment to customers in one of our largest markets in Asia,” Manulife Asia CEO Steve Finch said.
“He brings deep and diversified expertise and strategic vision that will help to shape our continued success. Most recently in his dual role as Deputy CEO and CFO, Wilton has reinforced our market position, driven enterprise integration, strengthened management oversight, and advanced alignment on strategic and operational priorities. This appointment represents our confidence that he will continue to execute against our long-term growth priorities as CEO.”
Kee will succeed Graham as CEO of Manulife Hong Kong and Macau once the appointment takes effect.
