FWD has launched a new mobile app, called omne, which helps users form/build micro-habits and achieve daily goals through personalised services.

The app, which is available in all 10 of the insurer’s markets in Asia, can be downloaded for free on both the Apple and Google app stores. It provides various activities and content – such as music, mini-games, sketching, health and wellbeing – that are personalised to an individual’s preferences and interests. FWD said that omne will expand its capabilities to offer self-service functions for FWD Insurance customers in the near future.

“A critical part of how we’re changing the way people feel about insurance is reimagining how we bring value to, and anticipate, the evolving demands of Asia’s ever more digital and mobile population,” said Troy Barnes, chief transformation officer, FWD Group. “omne brings a new dimension to how people achieve their personal goals, with an engaging experience that creates micro-habits from the convenience of their mobile device.”

FWD Group has partnered with several highly recognisable global and regional brands to provide free content and services exclusive to the app. Among the partners are a major global music brand and ONE Esports, a leading global esports media property. Other partners include Dacadoo, Nuralogix, STASH NextGen, Shadow Factory, Koa Health and Imunis. According to FWD, more omne partnerships across a broad range of categories are set to be announced in the coming months.
