Jessica has an extensive track record of relationship management experience within the insurance industry (closing in on 20 years’ experience to be exact!). In her role as Relationship Manager, Jessica is responsible for developing strong, productive partnerships that offer a win/win in terms of value and results.
Jessica is motivated to share her extensive professional experience, and is passionate about supporting the development of her peers and colleagues, be it through knowledge sharing, or mentoring those just entering the industry. In Jessica's own words "Brooklyn has a vibrant culture and a team that genuinely cares for our clients, partners and stakeholders. I aim to provide the highest level of customer service, and always tackle problems head-on".
Proactive, highly informed, and committed to outstanding communication, Jessica fosters lasting relationships and reflects the shared values of Brooklyn and AXA XL: Courage, Integrity, Customer First. Clients and partners who come into contact with Jessica benefit greatly from her depth of knowledge, strategic capabilities, and her ability to identify and develop ways to nurture and improve on existing relationships.
In addition to her day-to-day work at Brooklyn Underwriting, Jessica is involved with the "Women’s Wellness Hour of Power" a concept borne from a collective of women in the Insurance and Finance industry who are juggling many roles and responsibilities in addition to their professional endeavors, in particular, working mothers. The aim is to create a community that shares, supports, advocates, and normalises all the emotions and challenges women face, and to spread the word that ‘it’s okay not to be okay’.
Outside of the office, Jessica lives in Melbourne with her husband and 5 year old daughter, she is a self-confessed coffee and chocolate addict!
