Gilchrist Connell has promoted solicitor Julia Cudsi to senior associate in its Adelaide office.
Cudsi, who was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2008, currently works on defendant professional indemnity claims, public liability and personal injury claims, property damage claims, recovery actions, corporate fraud, and compulsory third-party injury claims.
Before joining the national specialist insurance law firm, Cudsi was part of the insurance and corporate risk team at Minter Ellison from November 2007 to January 2012. She also served as junior counsel in the District Court of New South Wales and counsel in the Magistrates' Court, District Court, and Supreme Court of South Australia.
“Julia’s promotion is a recognition of her skill, dedication, and hard work,” managing principal Richard Wood said. “She has developed strong relationships with a number of our clients and is an integral part of our team in Adelaide.”
Cudsi also currently serves as the South Australian vice-president of the
Young Insurance Professionals and a board member of SA non-profit organisation Alwyndor Aged Care.
