Arch Insurance Australia and Arch Loan Mortgage Insurance Australia have strengthened their commitment to promoting gender diversity by joining Women in Banking & Finance (WiBF).

WiBF is a not-for-profit membership association that aims to increase female leaders' representation in the banking and financial sector and address gender diversity in the context of business performance. It recognises the outstanding achievements of women in the financial sector and offers a wide range of programs to help it members develop their personal and industry potential.

Commitment to gender diversity

In a recent statement, Arch reaffirmed its commitment to creating a diverse, inclusive culture “where a variety of opinions are heard and valued through teamwork and collaboration.”

“WiBF's goal is to create an impact across the banking and finance sector, working to improve awareness, gender inclusivity, and diversity, and support its members in their professional development aspirations. These are goals that very much align with our D&I value and goals at Arch,” said Oriana Korban, senior HR business partner at Arch Insurance Australia.

“Through collaboration, expertise, and innovation, we aim to promote progress and inspire our clients, employees, investors, and communities to achieve their greatest potential. For Arch, joining WiBF was a natural step in our journey towards ensuring we are truly a great place to work.”
