Insurance Business magazine has launched its fifth annual Brokers on Insurers survey, asking brokers to rate the major insurers they deal with across a range of criteria.

The survey will focus on insurer performance over the past 12 months in 11 key areas including BDM support, turnaround times and commission structure.

Each year, the results of this survey are used to compile a report used by the major players in the Australian insurance market to benchmark their performance as well as identify areas for improvement.
