After assessing a myriad of service aspects, the survey recognised BIA's commitment to the broker experience as it emerged as the first choice for brokers in the liability space.

BIA introduced its general liability product on the Steadfast Client Trading Platform (SCTP) four years ago. After introducing its general liability product on the SCTP, BIA launched its professional indemnity product and quickly moved to the top overall performance leaderboard.
The SCTP enables brokers to quote, bind, and issue public and products liability and professional indemnity policy documentation in only a few minutes while having access to local underwriting and claims teams.
In other news, BIA received the “Great Place to Work” certification in Australia this year.
