BREAKING NEWS: Swiss Re Corporate Solutions launches into two major product areas

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has announced that it has launched into the primary market for financial lines and casualty insurance.

The insurance powerhouse will offer a range of products to brokers and their clients including professional indemnity, D&O, crime and general liability.

Jeremy Scott-Mackenzie, head casualty & FinPro for Australia and New Zealand, said that the launch into the market comes as Australian businesses face a multitude of challenges.

"Against this backdrop we are coming to the market with a fresh suite of new policies, a team of industry recognised experts, quality capacity and the ability to work with brokers and corporations to write financial lines and casualty business in Australia,” Scott-Mackenzie said.

“We are offering solutions the market wants, structured around our market expertise."

Last night, the firm hosted an event in Sydney with more than 130 strategic broking partners and will host a similar event in Melbourne this evening.

The new products have been developed by the Swiss Re Corporate Solutions team of underwriters and claims specialists, based in both Sydney and Melbourne.

Employment practices liability (EPL)
Professional indemnity

Healthcare PI & PL
Technology PI & PL
Commercial crime
General liability
