Brokerage teams up with association on sector awards Whitbread Insurance Brokers is partnering up with peak association body Strata Community Australia (SCA) NSW to present the 2014 Whitbread Strata Community Awards, in an effort to cement its place in the strata sector.

The awards are designed to recognise and reward those individuals and companies who make a significant contribution to the strata industry and community.

As one of SCA NSW’s long standing partners, Whitbread Insurance Brokers has said that it is committed to celebrating the achievements of those in the strata industry. Whitbread has been providing broking services and expertise to the strata community for 35 years.

By supporting SCA (NSW), Whitbread intends to cement its history in the strata sector and continue to pursue excellence and look for innovative ways to support its strategic partners in doing business.

Whitbread CEO Stephen Jones said: “Since my appointment, I have been forthright in stating Whitbread’s commitment to be the best broker in the segments in which we specialise. The 2014 Whitbread Strata Community Awards program has been designed with nine great categories, including:

  •     Strata Management Business of the Year Award – Large
  •     Student of the Year Award

  •     Strata Industry Leader of the Year Award
The 2014 Whitbread Strata Community Awards entries are open from Wednesday 16th April and submissions close late May. The gala dinner and presentation event will be held on Friday 18th July 2014.
