Auto & General Services has been crowned one of the 17 winners of the Australian Business Award for Service Excellence 2014.
The award recognises organisations that have achieved outstanding results through initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to service excellence.
Gerry O’Shaughnessy, director of contact centre operations and chief customer officer, Auto & General, said the award reflects the significant investment Auto & General has made in listening to its customers and modifying its business to better reflect their needs.
“We will continue to focus on improving the experience for our customers – and lifting the bar overall for service in our industry,” he added.
Other winners include NRMA Motoring & Services and Domestic & General Insurance.
