Club Marine has been recognised at the Auscontact Association Excellence Awards, which celebrates outstanding achievements in Australia’s professional customer-contact industry.

The Allianz-owned boat and pleasure-craft insurance provider scored the top accolade in the “change innovation and improvements Victoria” category and was named finalist for both the “people champion Victoria” and “best talent Victoria” categories.

“It’s equally important that the member experience is easy and enjoyable from the first point of contact onward – which is why we made several significant changes to our Sales and Service Contact Centre in October 2017,” said Club Marine CEO Simon McLean. “I am delighted the team has been recognised for their hard work and achievements and am pleased this new part of our organisation has added a valuable service that has been eagerly received by our members and the boating public.”
