The Underwriting Council of Australia has announced the major mystery prize it will offer brokers that attend the 16th Annual Sydney Expo later this month.

The prize, originally announced in early February, has been revealed as a $5,000 worth of travel vouchers courtesy of Flight Centre.

The vouchers can be used for domestic and international travel booked through Flight Centre and will be valid for twelve months.

To be eligible for the grand prize, brokers must obtain a ‘passport’ from the UAC registration desk at the Expo which will be held on March 25.

The passport, which enables the broker to earn CPD points as well as enter the prize draw, must be filled with contact information and a stamp or signature from at least 20 UAC member agencies exhibiting at the Expo.

“The Sydney Expo is our premiere event and always well attended by exhibitors and brokers alike. But this year we decided to add a broker incentive by giving them the chance to win $5,000 of travel,” UAC general manager William Legge said of the event.

The event will be held at the Hilton Hotel on George Street in conjunction with NIBA.
