Global insurance broker Arthur J Gallagher & Co (Gallagher) has announced the acquisition of Melbourne based Sound Insurance Services.
"Sound Insurance is a well-regarded broker with a strong growth record that will enhance our capabilities in Melbourne, particularly in the small corporate and mid-market segment," said Gallagher chair and CEO J Patrick Gallagher Jr.
"I am delighted to welcome Simon, Morris, Daniel, Mark and their associates to our growing, global team,” he added.
In a LinkedIn post, Simon Feldman, formerly with Sound Insurance and now branch director for Gallagher Caulfield said he was excited for the next state of the business.
“The whole team have been incredible through this process and I look forward to showing our clients what Gallagher can bring to the table,” he said.
