Gallagher Bassett, a global provider of risk and claims management services, has appointed industry expert John White as its new partnership manager for insurers and brokers.

Based in Brisbane, White has 25 years of sales and operational management experience across Credit Union Australia, Allianz Partners, and RACQ.

Speaking about his appointment and experience, White said: “When I was looking for my next challenge, I wanted to work with a company who was focused on delivering excellence and solutions that impact the future of our industry.

“Gallagher Bassett balances that perfect blend of being big enough to offer innovative technology, while also small enough to deliver exceptional customer service.”

In his new role, White will further develop Gallagher Bassett's growing portfolio of insurance carrier partnerships.

Stacey Williams, a chief client officer at Gallagher Bassett, said the global brokerage expects White to deliver superior outcomes for his clients.

“We're very pleased to have John commence in the role of partnership manager,” Williams said. “He has a proven track record in the industry, driving positive change and innovative solutions wherever he's worked.

“John will lead a new chapter of growth for our clients as they confront the ongoing challenges wrought by COVID-19, a challenging severe weather season and upcoming federal regulatory changes.”
