Gallagher Bassett will host a Melbourne event that will bring together emergency service leaders across Australia to tackle key concerns and develop solutions to the challenges facing the emergency services industry.

The emergency services gathering will be held May 30 and 31 at the Intercontinental in Melbourne.

The gathering is the first of a series of events that will bring together executives and personal injury leaders from emergency service organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

The two-day event aims to provide emergency service leaders the opportunity to develop strategies to address the high level of risks, trauma, and physical strain the industry is routinely exposed to, and advance the overall safety and wellbeing of those “who dedicate their lives protecting others,” GB said.

Also invited to join the Melbourne event are key representatives from government regulators, industry unions, specialist providers, not-for-profit organisations, and academic institutions.
