Gallagher Bassett (GB) representatives with military backgrounds have supported Brisbane Legacy’s work in providing services and care to current or former military personnel and their families by delivering a fresh batch of GB Gentle Bears.

The charity delivers services to Australian families who have suffered from the injury or death of a spouse or parent who is active or has served in the defence force services. It currently cares for 52,000 beneficiaries, including 1,845 children and disabled dependants throughout Australia.

“Our Gentle Bears are a symbol of caring and compassion,” said Jon Winsbury, executive vice president of GB International. "Brisbane Legacy does tremendous work to assist families in our defence community and we were really honoured to deliver our comfort bears in support of this charity.”
