Insurance Business has today launched the 4th annual Brokers on Insurers survey, asking brokers to rate insurer performance over the past 12 months across key criteria such as turnaround times, overall service, premium stability and BDM support.
Each year, the results of this survey are used by the major players in the Australian insurance market to benchmark their performance as well as identify areas for improvement.
