Hello Claims names new business development manager

Hello Claims (HC) has appointed senior business leader Con Rallis as its new national business development manager.

Rallis has held senior roles for many insurance companies in Australia – most recently at IAG and Suncorp, primarily within the motor, home, and contents assessing space.

In his new role, Rallis will report to HC chief executive officer Nick Herford and oversee all new businesses development for the company – including the Hello Claims national repair network, tow truck network, parts suppliers, structuring and negotiating strategic deals, and alliances with key clients in Australia and New Zealand.

Commenting on the appointment, Herford said: “Con brings an enormous wealth of experience to the team as we continue our expansion through all lines of motor vehicle claims – his understanding of the dynamics of various markets and verticals, including smash repair process and accident management, will help us to grow our already best in field solution.”
