Insurance Business is calling in brokers to take part in the 2026 Brokers on Underwriting Agencies survey before the deadline on Friday, September 4.
The survey seeks broker feedback on underwriting agencies across Australia and will help determine which organisations are recognised in this year's report. It asks brokers to rate performance across several key areas, including service, responsiveness, technical expertise, support and product capability.
Webber Insurance Services director Daniel Webber, who was interviewed for the 2025 report, said: "Industry-leading underwriting agencies should be a place where brokers can get specialised knowledge and a much higher level of service than they would get from a larger insurer."
