John Donnelly will join Marsh Australia in late November, as managing director and head of placement for Asia-Pacific.
Donnelly, “one of the most seasoned placement executives” in the region with 35 years of experience, will be responsible for driving Marsh’s retail and wholesale placement strategy across Asia-Pacific.
He will report directly to Martin South, CEO Asia-Pacific, and be based in Sydney. He will also join Marsh’s Asia-Pacific and Australian executive teams.
“Having someone of John’s calibre will significantly boost our placement capability in Asia-Pacific, enabling our clients across the region to access the global insurance markets to their full commercial advantage,” South said.
