Insurance and financial services broker Honan has announced the appointment of two industry veterans to Melbourne-based leadership roles.

Travis Wendt joins Honan as head of broking and carrier management and will work with Henry Clark, head of financial and professional risks, on strategic carrier initiatives. He brings to his new role years of experience working at Marsh and Aon.

Kieran Drum, meanwhile, steps up from his former role as head of risk and consulting to become national head of strata. Drum, who joined Honan in 2015, previously worked at Aon, Wills Towers Watson and Suncorp Group.
