Insurance Advisernet Australia has reasons to be merry, as new customer research suggests it is doing something right.

“We are very proud to announce we received extremely positive results, with our customers giving us an overall satisfaction rating of 97% and net promoter score (NPS) of +85,” said Insurance Advisernet in a LinkedIn update, in which it highlighted that NPS is used worldwide to measure the depth of loyalty consumers feel towards businesses and brands.

The organisation went on to note: “Global benchmarks show any score over 70 is considered ‘world-class’ – so this confirms we’re heading in the right direction. This is our third year running the study, and each year our results get better and better, demonstrating our ability to adapt and respond to our customers’ needs and wants.”

Conducted in March, the independent poll involved more than 1,000 customers in Australia who partner with authorised representatives (AR) of Insurance Advisernet.

“The results continue to provide us with valuable insights into the performance of our network and where we can improve,” added the AR network, “and we will continue on searching for new ways to improve the service, value, and offering we provide.”
