The annual Brokers on Insurers report gives brokers a chance to rate the insurers they deal with across key criteria such as BDM support, brand recognition, brokers’ training and development, commission structure, online platform, overall service level, premium stability, product innovation, product range and turnaround times on claims and new business.
The survey is a valuable tool for the industry because it enables insurers to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement. The survey results are used to produce an influential report that gives an insightful overview of the general insurance market and how brokers’ priorities have changed over time.
Brokers can take the survey here to rate insurers they have worked with over the past 12 months. Survey closes next Friday, March 3.
