Gadens Lawyers has appointed former assistant Crown solicitor Rachel Quigley to senior associate in the insurance team.
Quigley has more than 15 years’ experience in insurance litigation, having advised on policy coverage, professional indemnity, public liability and product liability claims.
She has also advised state government departments and international and domestic insurers regarding alleged intentional torts and negligence, and in relation to fraudulent claims.
Quigley was formerly an assistant Crown solicitor with the Crown Solicitor of Queensland advising in relation to psychiatric injury to police officers and emergency services personnel.
