JLT Re, a global provider of reinsurance broking and consultancy, has teamed up with CX Insurance Services (CXIS), a P&C BPO and revenue analytics company, to help its P&C clients improve their policyholder retention.

The deal provides JLT Re with the exclusive rights to distribute CXIS' Retention & Policy Growth Program to its clients with discounted pricing, and will complement the offering with its own advanced modeling capabilities.

According to a CXIS report, P&C companies currently enrolled to the program saw a 4% average rise in policyholder retention, and carriers are clearing their total investment after only one month into a 12-month program.

“JLT Re’s clients will benefit from our partnership with CXIS, offering new and value-added services designed to improve performance and profitability,” said Ed Hochberg, CEO of JLT Re (North America) Inc.

The two companies are evaluating continued data synergies for improving client retention.
