CGU says it has worked with brokers to pilot the new online application and received positive responses to the system which offers full life-cycle functionality, instalment billing, and automatic conversion of existing policies to the new platform on renewal.
CGU General Manager Broker & Agency Ben Bessell says the new functions will allow brokers to self-manage their policy portfolios while providing a more efficient service for them and their customers.
