Lockton Companies Australia has welcomed fresh faces to its professional and financial lines brokerage team.

Joining the firm's Sydney office were George Harding as national manager for professional and financial risks, and Simon Bennett as national client manager for professional risks.

Harding is a senior risk and insurance professional with more than 15 years' experience in senior management roles within market-leading organisations, having worked with and advised many of Australia’s largest professional service firms and financial institutions.

Bennet, meanwhile, is an advisor with years of experience in national client roles within multinational brokerage firms in Australia. He brings to his new role extensive experience in advising boards on all aspects of risk, particularly emerging risks and the ever-expanding world of cyber risk.

Paul Marsden, CEO of Lockton Australia, said the experience and knowledge Harding and Bennett bring to the team “will both compliment and extend our current skill set in the ProFin space.”

“Their wealth of knowledge and expertise across a broad range of industries, insurance classes and risk-management services will be a true asset to our team and our clients and is a testament to our ongoing commitment to providing our clients with a market leading team of experts and the very best in risk management, insurance, and employee benefits consulting,” Marsden said.
