McLarens expands its Australian team

Global loss adjusting firm McLarens has expanded its Australian team with three new appointments.

McLarens has announced the appointment of Stuart Crofton as head of its property loss adjusting division in Australia, Tom Murphy as senior adjuster of the firm's Brisbane team, and Arjun Masters as financial lines executive adjuster based in Melbourne.

Crofton is a specialist adjuster with 22 years of experience, spanning London and Sydney, plus several overseas assignments. He specialises in major and complex property claims and has acted on losses of all classes across a range of industries including manufacturing, industrial, and public sector.

Murphy, formerly of Cunningham Lindsey, brings to his new role 10 years of experience handling property claims across the commercial spectrum. Masters, previously of FAS Global, joins the team with qualifications in accountancy and extensive industry experience in business interruption losses, fidelity guarantee, and tax audit claims.

“We continue to attract an extremely high calibre of industry professionals with the appointment of Tom and Arjun,” said Martyn Wicht, McLarens’ regional director in Australasia. “With the expansion of our property team, it is pleasing to have Stuart accept the role of leading the team in Australia. Stuart is a highly respected loss adjuster in Australian and International markets and his appointment is a direct reflection of his achievements.”
