MLC Life Insurance has announced a new slate of appointments and the creation of a new team in its group insurance business.

Joining MLC Life’s group insurance team for the future are Phil Mullins as new head of pricing and profitability, Eliana Leopold as head of client solutions, George Nafpliotis as head of the product innovation, Holly Nicholas as a senior partnership manager in the strategic partnerships team, Michele Armstrong as pricing analytics manager, Ann-Maree Lynch as transition experience manager, and Cory Deakin as product innovation manager.

"We're thrilled to bring together a talented group of professionals as we continue our plans to innovate and grow, while viewing everything through the lens of our superfunds, trustees, and members,” said Suzanne Smith, chief customer officer of group insurance at MLC Life Insurance. “We want to support them in the best possible way and deliver great experiences. These appointments are essential to achieving our business plans."

MLC Life also established a new client solutions team, led by Eliana Leopold, head of client solutions, to support all areas of the group insurance business.

"We've created a hub that works in partnership with clients to devise tailored solutions to help meet their needs and the needs of their members,” Smith said. “The team also work closely with clients to roll out new services including our new LifeView portal and the recently launched Mental Health Navigator service by Best Doctors.”
