Pacific Life Re Australia has welcomed a former CommInsure leader to its board.
Jennifer Lang, former chief financial officer and chief actuary for CommInsure, joins the Pacific Life Re Australia board as independent non-executive director. She brings with her more than 25 years of financial services experience, having held senior roles at NAB Wealth, KPMG, and Deloitte. She was also on the board of the Actuaries Institute of Australia.
Lang “brings with her a vast wealth of industry knowledge and experience, and I am confident that she will make a significant contribution to the business,” said Tyson Johnston, general manager of Pacific Life Re Australia.
Lang will replace Mark Gallagher, who has resigned after five years of service in the company.
