In a first of its kind for the premium funding space, Elantis Premium Funding
has today announced the launch of the Elantis Learning Academy.
According to a company statement, the concept of the learning academy came from brokers expressing a desire to attend a formal education and development program.
Speaking recently about the initiative to Insurance Business
, Jurgen Rammesmayer, Elantis’ CEO, said, “As part of our commitment to partnering with our brokers, we’re looking at ways not just to provide premium funding for them but find ways we can actually add value to their operations.”
The learning academy aims to assist in educating brokers and their staff on a variety of topics including the customer experience, economic updates (focusing on local markets) and technology in business.
Elantis has partnered with NIBA to ensure brokers will be able to earn CPD points for attending the Elantis Learning Academy program.
The first presenter to be announced is Sean Hall, an awarded innovator, leader and strategist, who will present on ‘Energising the Customer Experience’ and will provide strategies to acquire and retain customers in a changing marketplace, according to the statement.
Events are to be held around Australia and New Zealand throughout 2015, with the first event to take place in Sydney in March.
