QBE Insurance Australia has been recognised by the Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers (CQIB) for its outstanding performance with two prestigious awards – the All Rounder of the Year Insurer and the Domestic Insurer awards.
“Both awards provide fantastic recognition to our Queensland team and are a testament to their unwavering commitment to our customers and broker partners,” said Jason Clarke, QBE chief customer officer for commercial lines.
“Notably, this is the second consecutive year the team have taken home the prestigious All Rounder award, making the win even more significant for us. Congratulations to our Queensland head of sales and relationship management Craig Mauger and the entire team on this outstanding achievement. The award winners are decided based on the performance of insurers over the past 12 months as voted on by CQIB members, which represents more than 60 brokerages across Queensland, across a number of measures including service levels, claims administration, accounts, communication, price, availability of senior management, and more.
