The last year has been a hugely testing one – and one in which the performance of insurance law firms and lawyers has been thrust into the spotlight like never before. Thankfully, some firms stepped up to the challenge – and now they have made it into the Insurance Business Five-Star Insurance Law Firms and Lawyers report.
The report, available for free, follows extensive research by the teams across Insurance Business and Australasian Lawyer. The two publications teamed up to source feedback from leaders in the insurance industry over a period of 15 weeks, starting with a survey of a wide range of insurance companies to determine what they value in the law firms they collaborate with.
In addition, the research teams spoke to 100s of insurance professionals across the region over the phone, asking them to rate the insurance law firms with whom they had worked over the past 12 months. The research team also sought out the opinions of insurance lawyers themselves, enquiring about their recommendations of law firms other than the ones they were currently working with.
Now, the results are in and the first Five-Star Insurance Law Firms and Lawyers report is available. It includes Gilchrist Connell, which was praised as being among those setting the bar for its incredible work in the space.
