Steadfast has affirmed its relationship with Elantis Premium Funding as a preferred partner and provider of premium funding products and services to its broker network, following the appointment of an additional panel funder.

Steadfast has affirmed its commitment to maintaining Elantis Premium Funding as a preferred provider of insurance premium funding products and services following the appointment of an additional panel funder.

Yesterday, Steadfast announced the appointment of Centrepoint Alliance Premium Funding as an additional panel provider of premium funding services, in a new three-year deal that is set to begin on 1 September.

The appointment brings Steadfast's premium funding panel to a total of three partners - not two as reported yesterday by Insurance Business - including Elantis Premium Funding, Macquarie Pacific Funding and new addition Centrepoint.

Steadfast has said it is committed to providing its broker network choice when it comes to premium funding options.

Elantis, meanwhile, has assured Steadfast brokers that it is committed to delivering competitive premium funding products and services, and that it remained a valued Steadfast partner as a member of its premium funding panel.

Elantis Premium Funding chief executive Jurgen Rammesmayer said that Elantis is the longest serving funder on the Steadfast panel, having been a partner since 1996.

"We value the relationship that we have with both the Steadfast Group as well as the individual brokers that we support," Rammesmayer said.

"Elantis has enjoyed and will continue to invest in its people and its systems to make it easier for Steadfast brokers and their clients to arrange premium funding," Rammesmayer said. "We are also working on a number of new products and services that will add value to the Steadfast broker network and we see no change to the successful relationship we have built up with Steadfast over the past 18 years."

Rammesmayer said that Elantis Premium Funding combines the operational platform and sophisticated management controls of a large company with a personalised and flexible approach to customer service typically associated with a small, agile company.

"We have representation in all major metro and regional areas in Australia and we pride ourselves in our ability to provide a flexible solution to those clients  who have needs that are a little out of the ordinary," he said.
