Suncorp has completed the sale of its Australian general insurance distribution business, Resilium.

Resilium now operates as a standalone business, led by Adrian Kitchin, who continues as managing director. A strategic alliance agreement will also see Resilium distributing Suncorp’s GIO and Vero-branded products.
