Two underwriting agencies are to be combined as one Australian underwriting operation and rebranded.

Arthur J. Gallagher-owned Australis Group Underwriting and SRS Underwriting Agency are to be combined as one Australian underwriting operation and rebranded as Pen Underwriting.

The changes take effect on 1st November.

Australis Group Underwriting and SRS Underwriting Agency CEO Paul Lynam revealed the news.

Arthur J.Gallagher recently acquired Wesfarmers' broking and premium funding operations.The latter operations have been rebranded as Elantis.
