One of Australia’s largest intermediated general insurance companies has strengthened its underwriting capabilities in Queensland with a new appointment.
Vero Insurance, part of the
Suncorp Group, has appointed Bryce Hatton as executive manager, Queensland commercial & consumer underwriting.

“Vero has a clear strategy to provide more focused underwriting support to our commercial broking partners in each state, and Bryce’s appointment will further develop this,” said Brad Dalton, head of small business & consumer underwriting at Vero.
“Bryce has more than 25 years’ industry experience across underwriting, claims, sales, and broking. He also has very strong relationships in the Brisbane commercial broker market,” Dalton said.
