Lockton Companies Australia has been certified as a “Great Place To Work” for the period April 2023 to April 2024.
The new list of certified employers is not yet available on the Great Place To Work website, but Lockton Australia made the following announcement on LinkedIn:
“93% of employees said when they joined Lockton, they are made to feel welcome,” noted the broker’s human resources leader Fiona Bridge, who was citing a finding from the 2023 Great Place To Work Trust Index Survey.
“This is what Lockton is all about: creating a culture where people feel valued and cared for – one that does not only focus on financial results.”
Globally, Lockton employs nearly 10,000 people. It’s unclear how many of this total represents the Australian roster.
