Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, insurance industries worldwide are reflecting and re-aligning their digital and technological innovation, seizing the opportunity to pivot their business model and focus on customer experience.

To explore emerging digital trends, pioneering technologies, and ground-breaking innovations shaping the insurance sector in 2022, join us for FST Media’s flagship insurance conference, the Future of Insurance, Sydney. Back for its 10th-censecutive year, the largest technology-focused insurance conference in the APAC region is taking place on Thursday, March 03, at The Hilton in Sydney, alongside 500+ industry peers.

Among the many featured topics will be digital claims management; digital strategies to increase transparency and simplify processes; Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML); Internet of Things (IoT) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Larissa Mahony, FST Media marketing manager, said the conference is an ideal opportunity to take home proven digital and transformation strategies executed by leading insurers and for networking with industry experts and leaders.

“This year’s stellar speaker line-up will allow attendees to walk away with exclusive industry-led insights and in-depth case studies around the evolving trends of the industry, including the growing influence of AI, chatbots, RPA, ML, Cloud, Claims Innovation and IOT on the future of insurance,” Mahony said. “Our open forum live Q&A sessions will allow attendees to ask their pressing questions to the experts, plus gain an exclusive sneak peek into the tech services/products that have not yet been launched to the public.”

Speakers at the conference include Lisa Harrison, CEO insurance product & portfolio for Suncorp Group; Fiona Hayes-St Clair, chief strategy & transformation officer at QBE; and Renae Smith, chief customer experience & operations officer for AIA Australia, among many others. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in Q&A sessions with all of the conference’s guest speakers.

Paul Lucas, Insurance Business’s global managing editor, said IB is thrilled to partner with FST Media for the Future of Insurance conference because of what the event represents.

“The insurance industry has so often been criticised for being ‘behind’ other sectors in embracing technology — but there has been massive progress in recent years, spurred on by the COVID-19 pandemic,” Lucas said. “Huge advancements have been made and now it’s about getting the message out there about what this technology is and how it can benefit everyone across the insurance landscape – from insurers, to underwriters, to brokers, to the end-consumer. This is a chance for the uninitiated to wrap their head around new tech and ultimately understand the benefits it can make to their bottom line.”

The Future of Insurance, Sydney, is complimentary for FSI executives.
