The NSW government’s insurance and care provider, icare, has had a busy 2017. The public financial corporation is currently undergoing a major transformation program in a bid to streamline its workers insurance division. We spoke with Beth Uehling, General Manager, Return to Work & Support, Workers Insurance and John Nagle, Group Executive, Workers Insurance about the transformation, its current progress and the reasoning behind the changes.
