icare’s new claims services model takes flight

icare’s new modernised workers compensation claims services system took off on 1 January and from Day-1 has been very popular with employers and employees alike. This is attested by Stephen, a self-employed sky-dive instructor who was icare’s first customer of the new claims model. We spoke with Beth Uehling, icare’s Acting Group Executive, Workers Insurance, about the successful implementation and further refinements made to create optimal outcomes for employees and employers.
