The final voting results are now in following the Argo Group International Holdings annual meeting of shareholders, at which all of the underwriter’s director nominees were “overwhelmingly” elected.

According to the insurance group, here’s how the voting went:
 

Activist shareholder Capital Returns Master withdrew its director nominations prior to the meeting.

Meanwhile all other proposals were also approved during the event, based on the certified results.
