A provider of corporate accident & health products in New Zealand has released updates to its Group Personal Accident (GPA) coverage, allowing Kiwi employers to offer their employees extended cover against loss by death or injury.

Chubb's refreshed GPA product now features a visitor's benefit, return-to-work assistance, cover for tuition or advice expenses and unexpired memberships, funeral expenses, superannuation scheme contribution, and an optional extension to cover genitourinary losses.

The enhanced policy also now offers people of all ages a level of cover through its removal of an age exclusion; as well as a wide level of coverage to protect organisations and their employees in the event of an accident.

"This product refresh is a response to both broker and client feedback and the ever increasing complexity of claims in the New Zealand market," said Andrew Brooks, Chubb country president for New Zealand.
