Tim Grafton, CEO of the Insurance Council of New Zealand talks to Insurance Business TV about the key issues facing the industry in 2014.

Top on the agenda is managing the demand surge coming through for the Canterbury rebuild and what are the political issues emerging from current mergers and acquisitions and promises being made regarding KiwiAssure.

The other big issues he talks about is the review of the Fair Insurance Code and the changing role of brokers if disclosure statements become a legal requirement and the potential threat of price comparison sites.
