NZI has created a new role in its leadership team and welcomed Nina Lammiman to take up the position.

Lammiman starts as head of strategy and transformation on Monday 8 June, a role the company says is a critical function for NZI.

“Nina will provide leadership and help drive the strategy and transformation of the NZI business,” the company said in a statement.

Lammiman comes to NZI from Spark Digital (formerly Gen-i, a division of Telecom) where she has worked for the last six years, most recently as head of strategy, planning and performance, and before that head of business transformation.

Previous roles include more than 10 years’ experience working for Hewlett-Packard, CGNZ, Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, and for Ernst and Young and Roland Berger in the UK.

Lammiman holds a MEng and BA(Hons) in manufacturing engineering and is an associate member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
