Trans-Tasman company Nautilus Marine Insurance has launched Nautilus Marine Boat Insurance as its recreational boat insurance brand in New Zealand.

Nautilus said the move will assist the firm’s growth in New Zealand, including systems and infrastructure to support business partners and its client base.

Nautilus said it will continue to offer boat insurance to an extensive range of pleasure-crafts across New Zealand. Boat types include runabouts, launches, yachts and catamarans, personal water craft (PWC), sailing dinghies, houseboats and trailer sailors. Its policy wordings will continue on an all-risks policy wording basis.

The firm encourages brokers to check its suite of all-new online resources for an enhanced and simplified business flow.

“Designed to make business as easy as possible, the Nautilus Marine Insurance website gives brokers an effortless process to quote and bind policies,” Nautilus added. “A separate direct communication will be sent to all our brokers individually with log in details shortly.”

Nautilus has a clientele of over 30,000 boat owners across the region.
