World’s top brand to share secrets of success at insurance conference
The Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) is set to host an insurance conference that will provide businesses and professionals from Auckland and across New Zealand an opportunity to gain insights from one of the country’s top brands.

Air New Zealand, one of the world’s leading airlines, will be featured as it will share its secrets of success at the conference to be held at the Stamford Plaza, Auckland, on Sept. 7.

The keynote speaker, Anita Hawthorne, Air New Zealand’s general manager for customer engagement, will share how the brand has worked to create superior customer experiences, increased engagement and loyalty amongst customers.

“By adding Air New Zealand to our already strong line-up of speakers, the event opens to professionals from across all business sectors, not just the insurance industry, who are interested in learning how to improve customer experiences and gain a competitive edge from one of the world’s top brands,” ANZIIF Chief Executive Officer Prue Willsford said.

The conference will also feature sessions with Brenton Charnley, co-founder of Insurtech Australia, Craig Kirk, general manager of Delta Insurance and Julian Smith, customer futures & insights at IAG NZ.
