Burns joins Vero from Allianz, where she served in a variety of roles, including national key account manager; segment and event management specialist; and internal account manager. Hyde was most recently a member of Vero's commercial underwriting unit, a role in which he worked closely with brokers. He also worked at Cooper Gay Australia, Lumley Insurance, and Allianz.

“These appointments represent Vero’s continued investment in our relationships with cluster groups and national broker partners,” said Anthony Pagano, Vero’s head of commercial intermediaries. “We continue to build momentum toward enhancing our broker experiences and delivering bespoke solutions for customers. Jonathan will manage our Steadfast executive relationship, while Holly will be responsible for executing our market strategy with our key national partners.”
