Bupa has partnered with EonX Services Pty Ltd (EonX Services), the fully owned Australian subsidiary of EonX Technologies Inc that provides eWallet, payments, and loyalty platforms. The two are teaming up to launch a branded loyalty and rewards platform.

As part of the agreement, EonX has granted Bupa a non-exclusive license and provision of services and will deliver the end-to-end digital customer experience and rewards marketplace designed to enhance customer engagement, improve retention, and power real-time loyalty.

EonX group CEO Andrew Kallen said the company will work closely with Bupa to help deliver the ultimate customer experience to its members.

“We are excited to be working with Bupa in building tangible value for their customers as cost-of-living pressures continue to escalate in Australia. With today’s economic reality forcing customers to re-evaluate their spending habits and budgets, we are proud to support an initiative that empowers customers to save as they enjoy everyday benefits and exclusive lifestyle offers,” Kallen said.

The announcement follows Bupa’s strategic partnership with Cabrini Health (Cabrini), a Catholic, private, not-for-profit health service provider in Melbourne.
